Michelle Howard has been a licensed esthetician, massage therapist, product developer, and beauty industry educator since the mid-1980s. With decades of experience in skincare, wellness, marketing, sales, and professional education, she has continually expanded her expertise through advanced training, workshops, business development programs, and ongoing studies in skincare chemistry and product formulation.

In 2010, Michelle attended her first lash extension training and quickly discovered a true passion for the artistry and transformation of lash design. Since then, she has pursued extensive advanced education in areas including face mapping, creative lash styling, volume and mega volume techniques, as well as sanitation and safety practices.

Over the years, Michelle has worked with clients across the West Coast, Mid-South, and beyond, bringing both technical expertise and a personalized approach to every service. Today, she is proud to call Asheville home, where she continues helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and beautifully cared for.
