Arrival Policy: All lash clients are asked to come with clean lashes, free of eye makeup and moisturizer around the eyes. All clients are asked to come with no fragrance as Michelle and many clients are very sensitive. If you have been ill or you feel unwell please reschedule

Cancellation Policy: To cancel or change your booked appointment, clients are required to give 24 hr. notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge of half the service fee. No exceptions. 

No Show Policy: Clients who book who don’t show for their appointment will be charged the full price, no exceptions.  


Late Policy: Dragonfly is proud to be a client focused company and we understand things happen sometime that cause you to run late, your appointment can be held for 15 minutes but later than that you will be rescheduled. This is for the other clients and your stylist’s need to offer a prompt and on time service.  


Payments Accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle
